WCM manages the design and permit process; writes all project bid documents; writes all contract documents including consultant agreements; manages the construction process; writes all contract change orders; manages SWPPP; manages the design engineers, City and or Caltrans, geotechnical engineer, surveyors, biologists, paleontologists, archeologists, and applicable utilities; closes out the project; assures City and/or Caltrans acceptance of the project; and obtains bond releases.

Whether the project is a complete site development or a small grading or utility project, WCM will service all our client’s needs. Our crews self perform site demolition, excavation, grading, and installation of wet utilities. In addition, we have working relationships with all of the vendor/subcontractor services required to complete any site development or public works contract.
